Terms of service
Services are provided by Ecom Digital DMCC under a written agreement or proposal with each client. That document sets out the scope, the monthly fee, the term and the notice period. Where no separate agreement exists, the following terms apply.
- Fees and billing. Fees are invoiced monthly in advance and are payable by card, bank transfer or the payment link on the invoice. Prices are stated in the proposal and may exclude advertising spend, which is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform unless agreed otherwise.
- Term and cancellation. Agreements run month to month after any initial term stated in the proposal. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice to the email address on file.
- Refunds. Work begins when a month is paid for, so monthly fees are not refundable once that month's work has started. If we have charged an amount in error, or charged for a month after a valid cancellation, we refund it in full within 10 working days to the original payment method.
- Client responsibilities. Clients provide timely access to their accounts, approvals and brand materials, and are responsible for the accuracy of claims about their own services and for their own regulatory compliance.
- Limitation. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes or revenue. Our liability under any agreement is limited to the fees paid for the three months before the claim.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre and the United Arab Emirates.
Privacy policy
Ecom Digital DMCC collects the business contact details, billing information and campaign data needed to deliver and invoice the services a client has asked for. We process personal data on behalf of clients, for example enquiry details from their advertising, only on their instructions and under a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our systems. Data is kept for the life of the client relationship and for six years after for accounting purposes.
